Charity Golf Day

Do you play Golf?

Would you like to join us for our Charity Golf Day in aid of the Bells Appeal at Barnham Broom Golf Club on Tuesday 25th April?

As well as 18 Holes of Golf on the Championship Course, other activities will include Beat the Pro, Crazy Putting, Mulligan Balloons and Nearest the Pin. The day begins at 9am in the Barford Room and includes Tea/Coffee and Bacon Rolls on arrival, a two course lunch and a Charity Auction. See our poster for details.

We're looking for teams of four players and the cost will be £100 per person. If you would like to join us, please complete and return your entry and payment forms. Copies of these are below.

We're also looking for local businesses who would like to sponsor a Hole on the Course. Their company banner would be placed on the Tee and the Green, plus logo on the scorecard note. Please see our sponsorship form below.

JANUARY 2017 UPDATE

Our Lottery bid has been initiated. We’ve been advised that they have received a large number of applications and we will hear shortly whether we are through to the next stage.

Our fund raising events for 2017 will start with a Quiz Night at the Village Hall in March. Planning for this is underway and the evening is likely to take the same format as last time.
The date for your diaries is Saturday 25th March. Please do come and support us.
Tickets will be available for sale at Barnham Broom Post Office & Stores nearer the time.

We’re holding a Charity Golf Day at Barnham Broom Golf Club on Tuesday 25th April.
We are looking for golfers in teams of four to take part. We are sourcing prizes for a charity auction over lunch and also looking for local businesses who would like to sponsor a hole on the course.

A very big thank you to everyone for your continued support. Our fund plus pledges has now reached over £27,400.  Our Christmas Bingo raised just over £300 bringing the total raised by collection boxes and events in 2016 to over £5.100.
We are very grateful to The Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts (The Jerusalem Trust) and North Norfolk Pony Club for their continued support during 2016 and a special thank you to the customers and staff of Barnham Broom Post Office & Stores who have now raised over £500 in their collection box.
