Church Bellhangers were joined over a 2-day period by volunteers to work on the
Rope Guides, pulleys and Ellacombe Chime, as well as fitting the remaining
clappers. Other volunteers helped with refreshments and lunches and cleaning
and tidying the church.
The two adjusted clappers return along with the hammers for the
Ellacombe Chime. The muffles, needed for Remembrance Sunday, are handed over.
The frame for the rope guides being fitted in the ringing chamber.

In the silence chamber, rope guides are put into place.
The Ellacombe Chime frame is fitted in the ringing chamber while the
hammers are fitted in the belfry.
The two adjusted clappers are fitted as well, along with the pulleys
(behind the clapper in the picture).
