We now have our revised restoration quotes and are checking the detail
on these as well as finalising our other costs before making our submission to
the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Thank you to our
volunteers for help with the tidy up of the ringing chamber, organ loft and
vestry which is now complete.
We still have some
spaces on the next course of training for bell ringers. Lessons
start in April and all ages are welcome. For further details email us via bbbells.appeal@gmail.com.
We were unsuccessful
in our application with the February tokens for the EDP
Community Chest campaign, but we will be trying again in March. So please
continue to cut out the tokens printed daily in your EDP and help us reach our
target of 500 tokens by dropping them into the collection box at Barnham Broom
Post Office & Stores.
Our thanks to everyone
who voted for us with their green tokens in the Waitrose February Community Matters
Initiative. We’re looking forward to receiving a £270 donation from this.
