There was a positive response to our initial
meeting in March about the Heritage Package being developed as part of the
Barnham Broom Church Bells Restoration Appeal, with people keen for a follow up
meeting.
A big thank you to everyone who supported
our very enjoyable Quiz Night which raised just over £446 towards the Barnham Broom
Church Bells Restoration Appeal.
Our next
fund raising event is the Charity Golf Day at Barnham
Broom Golf Club on Tuesday 25th April. Thank you to
those who have already entered. There are still spaces available if you would
like to join us.
There will also be an Evening of Music including
the D’Capo choir, Windmill Handbell Ringers and Barnham Broom School choir and
soloists at Carleton Forehoe Church on Friday
19th May. Further details will be available nearer the time and the
proceeds of the evening will go towards the Carleton Forehoe Roof Fund and Barnham Broom Church Bells
Restoration Appeal.
Our grateful thanks to everyone for your
continued support. Our fund plus pledges has now reached £29,000.
