Lowering the bells – Part 4

Tuesday afternoon 28/11/2017

The trailer came back with all five bells, repositioned ready for the journey to the foundry.

Packing up of Graham’s lorry was started.

Finishing off the filming with interviews, it was time to pack away.

All done by 4pm.

A church with an empty belfry.

Some slight modifications were needed to get the tenor bell down from the belfry.
